Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

It really does when you see the picture I added of our back yard you will understand. The mower does jerk a little on take off , I can see that someone with shorter stride would have difficulty keeping up with it. But I love how it not only pulls itself but helps me up the hill too. It was easy to assemble and the cut quality is great. I hope to write another review at a later date and see if this mower keeps the power it has now. After filling the gas and oil it started first pull. I checked all the bolts after assembly and everything was tight. I highly recommend this mower at this point.
